Online Orders
PayPal: Order items online using
your credit card or debit card using Pay Pal (www.Paypal.com).
Pay Pal is a free and secure service. If you see an item you would like to
order, simply select "Add to Cart".
Checks: We also accept personal checks.
Call or email your order to us. Your order cannot be shipped until your
personal check has cleared our bank- usually 2-4 days.
Visa/MC: We can now accept Visa/MC via email or phone. You can email us your order, we will contact you with the total, and then accept your credit card payment.

We can ship your item directly to your door for a minimal First Class
Postage fee.
There are no handling fees added!

Order through our online order form and pay by Visa/MC/personal check. Click here for form. If paying by credit card, please note that we do not keep credit card info on file. Once the order is processed, the info is shredded for security purposes.
Sales Tax
Only North Carolina residents
pay 7%
sales tax on merchandise.
Shipping and
Handling
For online orders (except those
with FLAT rate shipping charges),
PRIORITY MAIL shipping is based on the
dollar amount of your order, as follows*:
$0.00 - $10 =
$5.75
$20.00 - 49.99 = $7.50
$50.00 - 99.99 = $9.00
$100.00 - 199.99 = $12.00
$200.00 and over = $14.00
*These rates are for
shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S.
Shipping to Alaska,
Hawaii, and Canada will vary depending on the location to be shipped and
items ordered.

Receiving Orders
Typically, we will ship your
order within 10 business days. In non-holiday seasons the typical time of order
shipment is much faster. In holiday times, the time may be longer. If it
will be longer than this, you will be notified by email. Please notify us
if you need to rush an order.
Returns
Monogrammed items are unique to
that person and are NOT returnable. We are only able to refund you for an item if it is defective. Items that are ordered with the wrong initials are NOT returnable unless the error is from Monogram Whimy.
Returns should be mailed back to us and upon
receiving, we will credit your Paypal account or send you a
check from
Monogram Whimsy.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please choose monogram fonts and initial placement carefully and ask
questions so your order will be filled in the manner you choose.
